About
Alex has spent thousands of hours developing web applications and working within various industries to understand the interplay between technology and business. He has previously worked in private banking technology in London, New York and Geneva but turned his back on life at a large corporation to build an agile company with the aim of using modern web working practices to solve client problems in a variety of industries.
Alex is also a co-founder of photography&mash, an online community of fine art photographers, and has a BSc in Computer Science with Business and Management from the University of Manchester.

About
Piers has previously worked in a variety of roles in both the public and private sectors, most recently spending 3 years working in the financial services industry in the City of London. He is passionate about usability and how good design practice can be applied to technology solutions.
His interests in both technology and design drove him to co-found WeMakeWebsites, a web development agency that helps clients solve problems through design-led, end-user-focused, online solutions. Piers' interest in design extends beyond the online world into more conventional graphic design where he has experience in creating company identities and marketing materials.
He has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
